Medication pricing
Your total medication cost is determined by your personalized protocol. Here are the per-unit rates.

Ivermectin
Titration-friendly: Each tablet is scored and can be quartered into four 6mg pieces, giving providers flexible dosing options.
Quantity based on patient weight and provider-determined protocol.

Mebendazole
No titration required. Your provider determines the exact quantity based on your protocol and clinical evaluation.
Quantity based on your health history, current health goals, and provider-determined protocol.
How your cost is determined
During your assessment, you'll share a few details. The platform estimates your medication cost based on standard dosing protocols — then your provider confirms the final plan.
Patient weight
Ivermectin dosing is weight-based, so your weight helps determine the number of tablets needed.
Health history
Your provider needs context about your health background to determine if this medication is clinically appropriate.
Current health goals
Whether you're focused on wellness maintenance or addressing a specific concern helps your provider tailor the right protocol.
How it works
- 1.You complete your health assessment, including weight, health history, and current health goals.
- 2.Based on your health assessment, you're charged for the medication most likely to be prescribed by your provider at the per-unit rates shown above.
- 3.You review your estimated total (consultation fee + medication estimate) before proceeding.
- 4.A licensed provider reviews your assessment and makes the final prescribing decision. If the provider determines a different medication or dosage, you'll be notified of any changes and the updated cost before anything is fulfilled.
The platform provides cost estimates only. All prescribing decisions are made independently by a licensed healthcare provider. Prescriptions are not guaranteed.
Medication refund guarantee
If the provider determines that a prescription is not clinically appropriate, your medication cost is fully refunded. The $50 consultation fee covers the provider's evaluation and is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Optional add-ons
Add-ons may be offered during the care flow. They're optional and not a substitute for medical care.
