California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to Delete — You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions allowed by law.
• Right to Correct — You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

• Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — You may limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to uses necessary to provide our services.

Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)

Virginia residents have the following rights:

• Right to Access — Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
• Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to Data Portability — Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
• Right to Opt Out — Opt out of the processing of your data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.

Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)

Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)

Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA)
