Review your personalized cost estimate — based on your weight, health history, and per-unit medication pricing — then pay the one-time $50 consultation fee (one fee whether you request one medication or both) plus estimated medication cost.
Provider review
A licensed provider evaluates your request and makes an independent prescribing decision.
Medication shipped or refunded
If prescribed, your medication is prepared by a PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy licensed in all 50 states and D.C. and shipped directly to you. If not, your medication cost is fully refunded.
Medication refund guarantee
If the provider determines that a prescription is not clinically appropriate, your medication cost is fully refunded. The $50 consultation fee covers the provider's evaluation and is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
You only pay for medication that is actually prescribed, prepared by an accredited partner pharmacy, and shipped to you.

Our independent partner pharmacies are PCAB accredited, VPP inspected, and fully licensed in the states they service. Accreditation means quality—every prescription is prepared under strict standards and shipped directly to you.
