Consultation Fee

A $50 one-time consultation fee is required to begin your assessment. This fee covers:

• Clinical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider who reviews your health history and determines if treatment is appropriate.
• Platform services that coordinate your care, including secure messaging, record management, and care coordination.

The consultation fee is charged at the start of your assessment and is non-refundable once provider review begins. See our Refund Policy for details.

Medication Costs

Medications are billed separately from the consultation fee. If a prescription is issued, medication costs depend on:

• The specific medication prescribed
• The quantity and dosage determined by your provider
• Pharmacy fulfillment costs

Current medication pricing is available on our Pricing page. Final costs will be confirmed before fulfillment.

Supplements

Supplements are optional add-ons and do not require a prescription. They are sold separately from medications and the consultation fee. View available supplements on our Supplements page.

Payment Methods

We are a cash-pay service. Insurance is not accepted at this time. We accept:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

All payments are processed securely. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

No Guarantee of Prescription

Payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Providers prescribe only when treatment is clinically appropriate based on your individual health profile. If a prescription is not issued, you will receive guidance on next steps.
